Summary

We are looking for a CPA with Canadian tax experience to manage accounting for our Airbnb property management business. Tasks include reconciling Airbnb payouts with Canadian bank accounts, categorizing STR income and expenses by property, tracking and remitting GST/HST on short-term rental income, preparing T2125 rental income schedules, managing CCA (Capital Cost Allowance) depreciation for properties, reconciling QuickBooks records monthly, and preparing year-end books for Canadian tax filing. Must understand Canadian tax law, STR regulations, GST/HST obligations, and Airbnb payout structures.
