Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Sr. Accountant to support the winddown of a small civil engineering company following its acquisition. The role includes closing out the balance sheet, finalizing items needed for 2025 taxes, preparing 2026 financial statements, managing rigorous AR collection efforts, and ensuring all liabilities are properly recorded. The candidate will work closely with the Fractional CFO and the CEO and should be comfortable handling tight liquidity situations. Availability for US Eastern Time Zone hours, 20 to 40 hours per week, is required. THOROUGH KNOWLEDGE OF DELTEK VANTAGEPOINT SOFTWARE IS REQUIRED.
