Accounting Analyst

The Accounting Analyst is responsible for supporting the accuracy and integrity of billing and financial reporting processes by reconciling sales orders throughout the lifecycle of customer projects. This role works closely with cross-functional teams, including Production, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, and the Project Management Office (PMO), to resolve discrepancies, ensure accurate billing, and identify unbilled revenue. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in analyzing financial data in NetSuite. The Accounting Analyst is expected to manage competing priorities and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
