Summary

I need someone to monitor an accounting email inbox and input invoices into our job cost tracking system, BuildOps. This person will track tax-exempt POs, reach out to the accounting department with incorrect invoices, and create monthly reports for each job. Additionally, they will flag any Office Issued PO that exceeds the issued amount. This ongoing task requires basic data entry skills and attention to detail, taking about an hour a day or less, with an extra hour or two monthly for reports.
