Accounts Payable & Invoicing Coordinator

We are a multi-location retail fashion brand with several physical stores and an online channel. We are looking for an AP & Invoicing Coordinator to join our finance team on a part-time basis. You will be supporting our Bookkeeper and finance team to execute the day-to-day financial operations of a small, growing, and busy retail business. No two weeks look exactly the same - there are payment runs, invoices to create and track, and a finance inbox that needs to stay on top of. You will be the person who keeps things moving and makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. What you will be doing: - Processing supplier and utility payments on schedule - Creating invoices in QuickBooks Online - Tracking invoice and payment status - Managing recurring bills and subscriptions - Processing company card expenses Who you are: You have 3+ years of experience in finance administration or accounts and you know your way around the day-to-day. You are comfortable with QuickBooks Online or similar tools, accurate under pressure, and take ownership of your work. You are someone who understands how a finance function operates and wants to grow within one.
