Accounts Receivable Administrator

The Accounts Receivable Administrator is a support position at Q2 Management. This role will entail monitoring and management of Company receivables with an emphasis on delivering exceptional customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: • Daily review of Accounts Receivable – Send statements of account to customers, contact customers requesting payment details of outstanding amounts, escalate as required • Daily posting of customer payments received • Daily update of US FX rate • Weekly preparation of customized Statements to Customers (less than 6) • Weekly preparation of AR aging report in preparation of weekly meeting with Accounting Manager • Weekly reconciliation of Intercompany accounts (CAN & US) • Weekly reconciliation of Undeposited Funds accounts (CAN & US) • Weekly reconciliation of Expense Contra Account (CAN & US) • Weekly review of customer credit categorization and update where required • Monthly preparation of customized statement to customer (1) • Quarterly updating of WSIB Clearance Certificate • Annual review of insurance certificates from agencies • Annual vehicle plate registration for fleet (November) Qualifications: MS Office experience with an emphasis on advanced excel experience Quickbooks Online experience Hours: 9am-5pm Eastern Standard Time Approximately 40hrs per week
