Summary

I have my accounts receivable ledger for each moth. I need to focus on 12/31/25 and then 6/30/25. I have the AR balance at each month but i need it entered per client. Or a large journal entry could be made at each interval (monthly, year-end) whichever you think is more correct. My books are in Quickbooks. I will add you as an accountant once we agree to work together .
