Acquisitions Phone Expert (Sales / Phone) Hourly + Attractive Commissions!!

We're a high-volume land flipping business looking for a skilled Acquisitions Specialist to talk with motivated land sellers, build rapport, and negotiate purchase agreements. This is a sales role — you'll be on the phone a lot, and your ability to connect with people and close deals is what matters most. No real estate experience is required, but it's definitely a plus! We offer attractive commission plus hourly incentives!!! What you'll do: Call and follow up with motivated sellers of vacant land Build rapport quickly and understand seller motivation Negotiate price and terms toward signed agreements Handle objections calmly and keep deals moving Log calls and update the CRM consistently Hit activity and conversion targets Who you are: A strong communicator with a natural, confident phone presence Persuasive without being pushy — people trust you quickly Experienced in sales (real estate, solar, wholesaling, or other phone-based closing a big plus) Comfortable with high call volume and follow-up Organized and reliable with CRM/notes Self-motivated and goal-driven Excellent spoken English and a clear phone connection Compensation: Hourly base plus commission on closed deals. We want a motivated closer — the better you perform, the more you earn. Strong performers can earn well above the base.
