We’re looking for an ActiveCampaign specialist who can help us troubleshoot and fix two lead triggers today. The Issue We have an ActiveCampaign nurture automation that should enrol new leads coming from: Meta Lead Forms Website Forms The client previously had a Pipedrive to ActiveCampaign sync planned, however they have now decided they do not want to use Pipedrive as part of this process. Instead, leads should flow directly from the website and Meta into ActiveCampaign and enter the correct automation. We have attempted to set this up, but no new leads appear to be coming through correctly. We suspect this is a relatively simple setup or configuration issue on our side.
