Summary

We are seeking an experienced Activewear Technical Designer to create factory-ready tech packs for a premium 5-piece women’s activewear and studio wear capsule collection. Deliverables include detailed 2D technical flat sketches, complete BOMs with custom fiber blends, POM spec sheets, size grading charts, stitching and seam specifications, Pantone TCX color placement, and care label specs. The ideal candidate has a proven track record creating tech packs for activewear brands, with experience working with sustainable knits, high-gauge elastane blends, and non-toxic dye standards. Experience delivering tech packs accepted by European and Asian OEM manufacturers is highly preferred.
