Actors Needed for Commercial Video

Project type: Commercial / branded content Project description: Silvie by Pontosense is a privacy-first radar sensor that tracks an aging parent's daily activity and detects falls, with no camera or microphone. We're producing three short videos built around the same two-house world: a Parent Story testimonial told from the mom's point of view, an Adult Story testimonial told from the daughter's point of view, and a Setup Video showing how the product works. Style is documentary and observational: handheld camera, natural delivery, nothing that reads as scripted. Talent needed: 4 actors Role A: Adult Daughter (lead) White woman, 40 to 50. Capable, warm, a little stretched thin. Carries the emotional arc of the piece, from distracted worry to visible relief once she's with her mom. Speaking role with testimonial-style dialogue. Comfortable on handheld, observational-style shoots. Role B: Mom / The Parent (lead) White woman, 60 to 70. Independent, active, warm with a little cheekiness. Doesn't want to be seen as frail or "monitored." Speaking role with testimonial-style dialogue. Comfortable with light physical business around the house and with a choreographed fall in one shot (stunt double negotiable). Role C: Senior's Friend (supporting) Any ethnicity, 60s to 70s. No scripted lines. Just present with the mom, sitting or standing in casual company (cards, books, conversation). Role D: Nurse / Caregiver (supporting) Open on age and ethnicity, professional bearing. No scripted lines. Just present with the mom for a few shots. Key skills: Natural, unscripted-feeling delivery for the speaking roles. Comfortable being directed on a handheld, real-location shoot rather than a posed studio setup. Nudity or explicit content: None required for any role. Union requirements: Open to union or non-union. Location: Near Mississauga or Hamilton, Ontario. Dates: August 29 to 30.
