Admin Support for Supplier Search

I need someone specializing in admin work to speak with multiple shipping agents in an attempt to find a good supplier of women's body bodysuit Shapewear garments. The role involves communication and negotiation to identify the best supplier options. You must be able to work in accordance with Chinese time zone. Your responsibilities: -Talk with shipping agent/ suppliers (I will provide you their contacts) -Request quotation for multiple garments -Request a video quality control videos to ensure product is of high-quality -Attempt to locate a garment at or below $17.60 USD including 5-8 day shipping to the US & UK. Your requirements: * Good written English and professional communication skills * Basic negotiation skills and willingness to negotiate for better pricing * Able to respond to suppliers in a timely manner * Comfortable using Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools * Able to follow instructions and keep supplier information organized * Previous experience with supplier sourcing, customer service, virtual assistance, or administrative work is preferred, but not required * Must be reliable and able to complete the assigned supplier outreach within the agreed timeframe * Experience with fashion, apparel, shapewear, or e-commerce suppliers is a bonus, but not required
