Seeking a reliable administrative assistant to support a retired film producer and investor 2–3 times per week, with each session lasting 2–3 hours. The role includes making phone calls, conducting web research, typing emails, preparing reports, and handling Excel-related tasks, along with other general administrative duties. Preference for someone based in Draper, UT, though remote support is also welcome. This is a part-time, flexible position for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing a variety of day-to-day tasks.
