# Affiliate Marketing & Influencer Growth Manager (TikTok & Instagram) We're looking for an experienced affiliate marketing and influencer growth specialist to help scale our AI Saas fashion platform through TikTok and Instagram creators. Our MVP is already live: https://studio.giafashion.io/ GIA is an AI-powered fashion platform where users interact with specialized AI agents for fashion discovery, styling, and content generation through a subscription model. ## What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who has proven experience building affiliate programs with micro on a commission basis. Your primary responsibility will be recruiting, onboarding, and managing TikTok and Instagram creators who can consistently drive qualified traffic and subscriptions to our platform. ## Responsibilities * Recruit and manage TikTok and Instagram micro KOLs and influencers. * Build and scale a commission-based affiliate program. * Create and optimize influencer campaigns focused on driving subscriptions. * Track campaign performance and optimize conversions. * Help establish long-term relationships with high-performing creators. Ideally, we'd also like someone who can think beyond influencer marketing. We are also looking for Meta/Tik Tok ads manager * Running TikTok Ads to amplify high-performing creator content. * Scaling organic creator campaigns using paid media. * Experience with Meta Ads is a plus Google Ads are already handled internally. ## Ideal Experience We're particularly interested in candidates who have worked with: * AI SaaS products * Subscription businesses * Consumer apps * Fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or creator economy brands If you've helped launch or scale AI products through influencer marketing, we'd love to hear about it. ## When Applying Please include: * Your portfolio. * Relevant case studies. * Previous AI SaaS or subscription products you've worked on. * Campaign results you've achieved. * ROAS, CPA, CAC, or other performance metrics where possible. * Examples of TikTok and Instagram influencer campaigns you've managed. * The approximate number of creators you've recruited and managed.
