Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Jewelry Ecommerce Brand)

Affiliate Marketing Specialist – US Jewelry Ecommerce Brand (Remote, Part-Time to Start) Job Description We're a growing jewelry ecommerce brand based in the US, and we're looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketing Specialist to help us build and manage our affiliate/influencer program from the ground up. We're a small team, so we need someone who can take ownership of this channel with minimal hand-holding — someone who already understands how US affiliate marketing works (networks, commission structures, outreach norms) and can hit the ground running. What you'll be doing - Research and identify relevant US-based affiliate programs, networks, and platforms for our jewelry niche (e.g., Awin, Impact, Refersion, Rakuten Advertising, or Shopify affiliate apps) - Set up and manage our affiliate program structure (commission tiers, terms, tracking links) - Source and recruit potential affiliates and micro-influencers (jewelry, fashion, gift, wedding/bridal niches) - Handle outreach and relationship management with affiliates — onboarding, communication, answering questions - Provide affiliates with promotional assets, product info, and talking points - Track affiliate performance (clicks, conversions, revenue) and report on results regularly - Optimize the program over time based on what's working — adjust commissions, refine target affiliates, identify top performers - Stay on top of affiliate marketing best practices and compliance (FTC disclosure requirements, etc.) What we're looking for: - Proven experience managing or growing an affiliate marketing program for a US-based ecommerce brand (please share specific examples/results in your application) - Familiarity with major US affiliate networks and/or Shopify affiliate apps - Strong written English communication skills — you'll be emailing and negotiating with US-based affiliates/influencers directly - Comfortable working independently and proactively — we want someone who can suggest ideas, not just execute tasks - Experience in fashion, jewelry, beauty, or a similar lifestyle/gift niche is a big plus - Familiarity with tracking/reporting tools (Google Sheets, affiliate network dashboards, UTM tracking)
