Affiliate Outreach VA | Find & Recruit Sales Partners | Facebook + LinkedIn

We're looking for a proactive Sales Outreach VA to find and recruit potential affiliate partners for a growing oral-care brand expanding across Europe and the US. This is a simple, execution-focused role: Find potential affiliates → Start conversations → Present our offer → Qualify → Follow up → Handoff interested partners. We already have the product, affiliate offer, marketing materials, tracking system, and internal team. Your job is to find people who can actually promote the product and turn cold prospects into genuinely interested affiliate conversations. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Find potential affiliates through Facebook and LinkedIn • Identify people with relevant audiences, communities, networks, email lists, or other distribution channels • Send personalized outreach messages • Explain our affiliate offer clearly and naturally • Understand how the prospect could promote the product • Handle basic questions and objections • Follow up consistently • Qualify serious prospects • Send interested, qualified affiliates directly to our team on WhatsApp • Track outreach, replies, follow-ups, and qualified opportunities This is not about sending hundreds of random spam messages. We care about finding relevant people and creating real conversations. WHAT COUNTS AS SUCCESS? We don't care about vanity metrics such as how many DMs you sent. We care about qualified affiliate handoffs. A qualified affiliate prospect should: • Have a realistic way to reach potential customers • Understand that this is a performance/commission-based partnership • Understand what CariSpray sells • Show genuine interest in promoting the product • Be willing to discuss the opportunity further with our team Someone simply replying "send more information" does not automatically count. Ideally, when you hand them over, they're thinking: "This looks interesting. I'd like to discuss becoming an affiliate." HOURS & TEST PERIOD 4 paid hours/week We'll begin with a 2–4 week paid test. This is intentionally a small, focused test. We're looking for someone who knows how to use a few hours intelligently rather than simply completing outreach tasks. If the channel performs well, there may be an opportunity to continue and scale. COMPENSATION $3–$5/hour PERFORMANCE Initial target: 1+ genuine qualified affiliate handoff per week We'll evaluate: • Quality of prospects • Qualified conversations generated • Outreach quality • Follow-up consistency • Ability to improve based on results We're not expecting magic. We ARE expecting ownership, consistent outreach, and measurable opportunities. WHO WE WANT You do not need to be a senior sales executive. But you should already be comfortable with: • Lead generation • Facebook prospecting • LinkedIn prospecting • Cold outreach • Starting natural conversations • Sales communication • Handling basic objections • Following up without being reminded • Qualifying prospects before handoff • Working independently Previous experience with affiliate recruitment, partnerships, health/wellness products, DTC/eCommerce, or performance marketing is a plus. IMPORTANT We're looking for someone who can sell the opportunity, not simply copy and paste a script. You'll receive information about the product and affiliate offer, but you should be able to understand a prospect, communicate naturally, and explain why the partnership could make sense for them.
