Affordable Videographer/Photographer Needed for Speaking Event – Chandler, AZ – September 2, 2026

Job Description I am looking for affordable, independent videographers/photographers to capture two of my upcoming speaking presentations at the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass in the Phoenix/Chandler, Arizona area. I need high-quality video footage and professional photographs of me speaking and interacting with the audience. The video footage will be used for my professional speaker's reel and future promotional and marketing purposes. I am particularly interested in working with independent videographers, photographers, or freelancers who can provide professional-quality work at a reasonable and affordable price. Important: I am considering hiring two different videographer/photographers, with one person covering each presentation. If you are interested in covering only one of the two presentation times, please indicate which presentation you are available to cover. Event Details Date: Wednesday, September 2, 2026 Location: Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass 5594 W Wild Horse Pass Blvd Phoenix, AZ 85226 Presentation 1 Presentation Time: 11:00 AM Arrival Time: Approximately 10:45 AM Coverage Needed: Approximately 1 hour Presentation 2 Presentation Time: 2:30 PM Arrival Time: Approximately 2:15 PM Coverage Needed: Approximately 1 hour I am open to hiring one person to cover both presentations or hiring two different people, with each person covering one presentation. What I Need For each presentation, I would like: * High-quality video footage of my speaking presentation * Footage suitable for use in a professional speaker's reel * Multiple professional photographs of me speaking * Photos that capture audience interaction and engagement, when appropriate * Clear audio of my presentation * High-quality, professionally shot footage * Delivery of the original, unedited video footage and high-resolution photographs electronically Editing Editing is not required. However, if basic editing is included within your normal hourly rate, please let me know what is included. Please do not include an additional editing charge unless discussed and agreed upon in advance.
