Every delivered lecture is judged on: - Placement: composed deliberately against the frame and the speaker; never crowding a face or a slide - Timing: entrances, exits, easing, and holds shaped to the speech; text held exactly long enough to be read - Typography and hierarchy: one clear focal point, deliberate sizing and weight, nothing left on defaults - Restraint: graphics that clarify, never decorate; sometimes the right answer is no graphic at all If that list doesn't describe how you already work, this isn't the right project for you. The standard applies to every video across the 12 months. Dependable delivery of 40 lectures a month matters as much as your best single piece. For each, give a timestamp and one sentence on a specific animation decision you made and why (e.g. "At 0:47 I delayed the label six frames so it lands after the diagram settles"). Showreels without timestamps and decisions will not be counted. State your typical turnaround, in working days, for one fully animated 8 -10 minute lecture. This becomes your delivery commitment on the retainer, so be honest. That's the whole application, no long cover letters. Generic or AI-generated proposals will be declined without reply. We will read your links and your decisions. The trial lecture is the real interview, what you deliver there decides everything.
