Title: AI Agency Expert Needed to Audit & Improve Our Complete Training Program We’re looking for an experienced AI agency owner/operator to go through our entire training program and give us detailed, practical feedback on how to make it significantly better. Our program is hosted on Heartbeat and teaches students from A–Z how to start, build, sell, fulfill, and grow an AI implementation agency. This is not a role for someone who simply understands AI tools or has done AI consulting. We specifically want someone who has actually built or operated an AI agency, worked with real businesses, sold AI implementation services, and ideally experimented with multiple approaches to client acquisition, offers, pricing, fulfillment, delivery, and scaling. What We Need You to Do You’ll get access to the full program and review it from the perspective of an experienced AI agency operator. We want you to identify: * What is currently strong and should stay * What is outdated, weak, confusing, or unnecessary * Important topics or strategies we are missing * Areas that need more depth * Areas that should be simplified * Better ways to structure the student journey * Improvements to our client acquisition training * Improvements to sales, offers, pricing, and positioning * Improvements to AI implementation and fulfillment training * Missing SOPs, templates, resources, or examples * Common real-world problems our students should be better prepared for * Anything you would change if this were your own AI agency training program We are not looking for someone to simply tell us, “Looks good.” We want someone willing to challenge the program and give specific recommendations based on real experience. Ideal Background You should have: * Personally built or operated an AI agency * Experience selling AI solutions to real businesses * Experience delivering AI implementations for clients * Worked with multiple AI tools/platforms * Experience with different acquisition strategies such as outbound, inbound, cold email, cold calling, paid ads, partnerships, content, etc. * Strong understanding of offers, sales, onboarding, fulfillment, retention, and scaling * Ideally worked across multiple industries or business types Experience coaching or training other AI agency owners is a major plus. Deliverable After reviewing the program, we want a structured audit that includes: 1. Overall assessment of the program 2. What should stay 3. What should be removed or simplified 4. What should be improved 5. What is missing 6. Specific recommendations for every major section 7. Recommended new lessons/resources 8. Suggested changes to the overall curriculum and student journey 9.
