Agency Operations & Implementation Manager | GoHighLevel | Marketing Agency

We’re building a marketing and patient acquisition agency for specialty medical practices and need an experienced **GHL Operations Manager** to own the backend fulfillment side of the business. I will primarily handle sales and growth. I need someone who can help make sure our clients are onboarded, campaigns are implemented correctly, systems work, and nothing falls through the cracks. Responsibilities * Set up and manage GHL client subaccounts * Build workflows, pipelines, calendars, forms, and automations * Manage lead nurturing and database reactivation * Coordinate Meta/Google Ads integrations and white-label vendors * Help manage Voice AI, Twilio, A2P, Zapier/Make, and other integrations * Troubleshoot problems and QA client accounts * Create SOPs and improve our fulfillment systems * Eventually help manage VAs and contractors You should have: * Strong GoHighLevel experience * Experience working with a marketing or lead-gen agency * Experience managing multiple client accounts * Strong understanding of lead generation, CRM automation, and appointment booking * Ability to solve problems without needing constant direction Healthcare marketing experience is a plus, but not required.
