Agent/Music Sync Licensing Professional

Seeking Music Sync Licensing Partner / Agent I’m seeking an experienced music licensing professional, sync agent, or music industry connector to partner with me in building opportunities for my original music catalog. This is not a traditional salaried position. I’m looking for someone who believes in the potential of the music and is willing to work as a true business partner on a 1–2 year contractual basis, with the goal of building a long-term relationship beyond the initial contract. What I’m offering: * 50% of any and all revenue generated through opportunities you directly help secure — including sync licensing, placements, artist cuts, publishing opportunities, catalog sales, and other applicable music-related income. * $200 per month toward the partnership. * A contractual commitment of 1–2 years, with the possibility of continuing the relationship long-term. * A chance to help develop and represent an independent songwriter and 25 year multiple warrior and her growing catalog. What I’m looking for: Someone with real industry experience and connections who can actively pursue opportunities—not simply provide advice. Ideally, you have experience with sync licensing, music supervision, publishing, artist/A&R relationships, film & TV placements, or music industry pitching. I write the songs and provide the catalog. I need the right person to help get those songs into the right hands. I’m especially interested in someone who is entrepreneurial, persistent, well-connected, and genuinely interested in building something together rather than taking on a short-term gig. Important: This is a performance-based partnership. I am not looking to pay a large upfront management or agency fee. I would rather offer a meaningful percentage of the revenue we create together.
