AI Agent Users with Recurring Business Data Tasks Needed

We are looking for people who already use an AI Agent in real work and have a recurring data task that could benefit from keeping data and business context available over time. This is a paid, one-time user-testing project. We want honest and specific feedback; no positive review or public promotion is required. You do not need to install or test the product before applying. Must-haves You should: ● Already use an AI Agent regularly for real work; ● Have a data task that has happened before and will happen again; ● Need to save, update, query, or reuse data and business context in that task; ● Be able to use data you are authorized to use, including anonymized or structurally equivalent substitute data. One-off questions, simple to-do lists, temporary demos, and tasks created only for this project are not suitable. What selected participants will do We will review proposals and select only the scenarios that appear to be a good fit. Before opening a contract, we will confirm the proposed task, data boundary, deliverables, and deadline. After the contract begins, we will provide setup and getting-started guidance. Within two calendar days of the agreed start, you will: ● Use GoalfyData for the agreed recurring data task and share the resulting dataset with our designated team account; ● Submit either a short written explanation or a brief walkthrough video covering your approach, result, what helped, what remained unresolved, and whether you would use it again. As long as the agreed work and materials are genuinely completed, the direction of your feedback—positive, neutral, or negative—will not affect acceptance. Selected projects are scheduled individually. Contract and project communication will be managed through Upwork. About the project GoalfyData helps AI Agents keep and reuse data, business rules, and context across recurring work instead of rebuilding everything each time.
