AI Agent Workflow & Generative Video Specialist

We are seeking an expert in AI Agent Workflow and Generative Video for ongoing video production. The role involves managing automated pipelines, APIs, and multi-model workflows, focusing on generative video and VFX. The ideal workflow includes footage analysis, AI VFX generation, quality checking, and final export. You may use tools like n8n, Make, Python, and Adobe Firefly. AI assistance is expected for tasks like captions and color enhancement. The target quality is 80% of our reference video. Work involves 2-3 videos per day, each about 1 minute, with payment ranging from $25 to $100 per video based on quality and complexity. The company may cover necessary AI subscriptions and software. We are looking for an **AI Agent Workflow & Generative Video Specialist** for ongoing video production. This role is especially suited to someone who understands how to build **agentic AI workflows, automated AI pipelines, multi-model workflows, APIs, and generative video/VFX systems**. We are not simply looking for a traditional video editor or someone who knows how to enter prompts into Runway. We are particularly interested in people who can think in terms of complete AI workflows, for example: **Footage → AI analysis → automatic shot selection → AI VFX generation → quality check → automatic retry/variation → compositing → captions → sound effects → human review → final export** You may use AI agents and automation tools such as **n8n, Make, APIs, Python, ComfyUI, MCP/tool-calling workflows, or other orchestration systems** to connect different AI models and production tools. For example, instead of manually performing every task, you may build a workflow where: * One AI analyzes the footage and identifies where VFX are needed. * Another model generates smoke, fire, water, magic, lava, or environmental effects. * An automated workflow generates several versions and organizes the results. * AI assists with captions, sound effects, reframing, color, or enhancement. * Premiere, After Effects, Resolve, or another professional tool is used for the final 10–30% of cleanup and quality control. We want someone who understands **when automation is useful and when human editing is necessary**. The goal is not to remove the human from the process. The goal is to use AI agents and automation to achieve **higher quality, faster production, and greater consistency**. Please review our reference video and the two workflow documents we provide. We want to consistently achieve at least **80% of the visual quality and editing style of the reference video**. We expect approximately **2–3 finished videos per day**, around **1 minute each**, with payment of approximately **$25–$100 per video** depending on complexity and quality.
