Agentic AI & Automation Developer Needed for Slack, Email & Business Workflows

We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI & Automation Developer to build intelligent AI-powered workflows and automations across tools such as Slack, Email, CRM systems, APIs, and other business applications. The ideal candidate should have experience building AI agents that can understand context, make decisions, trigger actions, interact with multiple systems, and automate repetitive business processes. Key Responsibilities Design and develop AI agents and agentic workflows Build automations involving Slack, Gmail/Outlook, CRM systems, databases, and third-party applications Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or other AI models into business workflows Develop AI agents capable of reading, analyzing, and responding to emails or Slack messages Automate tasks such as lead management, customer communication, notifications, data processing, reporting, and follow-ups Connect multiple applications using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms Implement human-in-the-loop workflows where approval is required before an action is performed Build reliable workflows with proper error handling, logging, monitoring, and retry mechanisms Work with our team to identify manual processes that can be automated using AI Required Skills Strong experience with AI automation and agentic AI systems Experience working with LLMs and AI APIs, such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms Hands-on experience with Python and/or Node.js Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations Experience integrating Slack and email platforms such as Gmail or Outlook Experience with automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar platforms Knowledge of prompt engineering, structured outputs, and AI workflow design Experience building reliable production-ready automation workflows Nice to Have Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar Experience building multi-agent workflows Experience with RAG, vector databases, and knowledge retrieval systems Experience integrating AI with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or custom platforms Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Supabase, MongoDB, or Redis Knowledge of Docker, cloud deployment, and workflow orchestration We are looking for someone who can understand a business process and recommend the right AI and automation architecture, rather than simply connecting a few tools together.
