Summary

Job Description We're a growing company building AI-driven platforms for a range of clients. We're looking for a developer who thrives in spec-driven development, someone who can take a clear specification and execute it efficiently using modern agentic coding methods, primarily Claude Code. This is not a traditional developer role. We're looking for someone who is a skilled orchestrator of AI-assisted development. You should be comfortable directing AI coding agents to build, test, and document full-stack applications with speed and precision. What You'll Build Small, focused internal workflow applications delivered in fast 72-hour iteration cycles. These are modular mini-apps that handle: Form input & data capture, structured forms with validation Approval routing workflows, multi-step review and sign-off logic Document storage & management, upload, organize, retrieve Embedded AI reasoning/generation, lightweight AI-powered features within the workflows (e.g., auto-classification, draft generation, smart field suggestions) These apps will need to integrate with our existing tooling, including Microsoft 365 (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams) and GoHighLevel CRM. What We Expect Agentic coding proficiency: You use Claude Code (or equivalent agentic tools) as your primary development method, not just for autocomplete, but as a true force multiplier across the full development lifecycle. Full-stack capability via AI-assisted development: Backend logic, frontend UI, and everything in between, all executed through effective agent orchestration. Automated QA/QC: You implement agentic testing strategies — automated end-to-end tests, browser-based validation (e.g., Playwright), and systematic quality checks as part of your workflow, not an afterthought. Automated documentation: Both code-level documentation (inline comments, READMEs, architecture notes) and end-user documentation (guides, help text) are generated as part of the build process, not tacked on at the end. Spec-driven execution: You can take a well-defined specification and deliver against it with minimal back-and-forth. You ask clarifying questions upfront and then execute. Ideal Candidate Demonstrable experience using Claude Code or similar agentic coding workflows in production work Comfortable with rapid iteration - 72-hour sprint cycles with working deliverables Full-stack skills (we care more about your ability to orchestrate effective output than your specific language preferences) Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 APIs and/or GoHighLevel Strong documentation habits, you believe shipping without docs is shipping incomplete Bonus: Experience with context management, multi-agent coordination, or agentic workflow optimization Engagement Details Contract type: Hourly or fixed-price per sprint (open to discussion) Sprint cadence: 72-hour iterations with demo/review at the end of each cycle Communication: Async-first with availability for brief syncs as needed Start: Immediately upon selection To Apply Please include in your proposal: A brief description of a project where you used agentic coding methods (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) — what you built, how you used the tools, and what the outcome was Your approach to automated testing and documentation in an AI-assisted workflow Your availability and preferred engagement structure Any relevant examples of internal workflow tools or integration work (Microsoft, CRM platforms, etc.)
