Job Title: Part-Time Project Delivery Coordinator — Sports Structures / Construction (US Projects) Only apply if you are based in the US. Category: Project Management / Construction & Architecture Job Type: Part-time, ongoing contract (10–15 hrs/week to start) Description: HEROX Air Domes designs and installs air-supported sports domes and tensile fabric structures across the US and internationally. We're looking for a part-time delivery coordinator to support 4 active US projects currently in engineering/procurement/pre-install phase. What you'll actually do: Track open items across email threads (suppliers, engineers, drafters, freight forwarders) and chase people who've gone quiet Follow up on quote requests, purchase orders, and supplier confirmations Keep Asana project boards current — task status, due dates, owners Draft status updates and meeting recap emails after internal/client calls Flag anything that looks off (mismatched specs, missed deadlines, scope gaps) to our team rather than resolving it yourself Coordinate with an AI-assisted workflow that drafts routine emails/POs for your review — your job is judgment and follow-through, not typing from scratch What we need from you: Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or industrial project coordination Comfortable working across email, Asana, and Google Drive Strong written English — you'll be drafting client- and vendor-facing communication Detail-oriented and comfortable chasing people without being told to Nice to have: Experience with international suppliers/freight or import/export coordination Experience with construction submittals, RFIs, or similar documentation Hours & rate: 10–15 hrs/week to start, with room to grow based on fit and project load.
