Airbnb Floorplan and Interior Design

I need help designing a functional and appealing layout for a 4-person Airbnb property. The project includes creating a clear floorplan and developing an interior design concept that feels welcoming and practical for guests. I’m looking for someone who can balance space planning with aesthetic choices to make the property comfortable and attractive. Please share relevant examples of similar projects and your approach to designing for short-term rental spaces. It's a combination of a modern and rustic vibe, inside and outside. I'm looking for a logical furniture layout (living and dining space for max 4 people, mostly couples getaway). The right side of both large windows slides all the way open. Not looking to do any renovations, so the space is what it is, only furniture and decoration and interior design. The fireplace is a water vapor electric fireplace, it's realistic but not as nice as a real fireplace, so it does not have to be the centre of attention per se.
