Full-Time | Work From Home | U.S. Hours We have an established and growing short-term rental management company currently managing approximately 80 vacation rental properties. As we continue to add new homes to our portfolio, we are looking for an experienced STR Operations & Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already understands the day-to-day realities of short-term rental management and can work effectively alongside an experienced team. The Role You will support our operations team with the day-to-day management of our vacation rental portfolio while also helping coordinate the onboarding and setup of new properties. A major part of this role is making sure tasks don't fall through the cracks. You should be organized, responsive, comfortable working across multiple systems, and able to take ownership of projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Support daily operations across a portfolio of approximately 80 short-term rental properties Assist with onboarding new homes into our portfolio Set up and update properties in Guesty, Airbnb, VRBO, and other STR platforms Coordinate listing information, photos, amenities, house rules, policies, fees, and property details Review new listings for accuracy and completeness before going live Assist with property and owner onboarding checklists Coordinate with operations, reservations, revenue management, accounting, and local team members Maintain accurate property information across multiple systems Help manage operational tasks, follow-ups, deadlines, and internal workflows Identify missing information or operational issues and proactively follow up with the appropriate team member Assist with special projects as our portfolio continues to grow What We're Looking For Required: 2–3+ years of experience in short-term rentals, vacation rentals, hospitality, or property management Strong understanding of short-term rental operations Excellent organization and attention to detail Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities and deadlines Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities Comfortable learning and working within multiple software systems Reliable high-speed internet and professional work-from-home environment Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours Strongly Preferred: Experience with Guesty Experience onboarding new properties onto Airbnb, VRBO, Guesty, or another PMS Experience creating or configuring STR listings Familiarity with Airbnb and VRBO host dashboards Experience with property management systems, task-management software, pricing tools, or CRM systems Previous experience working remotely with a U.S.-based vacation rental company Who You'll Be Working With You won't be starting from scratch. You'll be joining a well-established and experienced STR team, with many team members having approximately 5–6 years of experience working in vacation rentals and hospitality operations. We value people who are collaborative, accountable, resourceful, and willing to jump in where needed. At the same time, we want someone who can bring their own STR experience to the table and help us continue improving our systems as we grow.
