Airtable Automation Specialist for Cleaner Performance System

We are a cleaning company looking for an experienced Airtable automation specialist to improve and automate our cleaner performance tracking. We currently use Airtable, Google Sheets, RingCentral text messages, Gmail, and Google reviews to track: Late arrivals and no-shows Schedule changes and time-off requests Client complaints and compliments Lost recurring clients Positive reviews Cleaner performance history We want one organized Airtable system that automatically collects this information, connects it to the correct cleaner and client, and creates monthly performance evaluations. The system must: Avoid counting the same incident more than once Separate excused issues from actual performance problems Require manager approval before negative incidents affect a cleaner’s score Include a simple management dashboard Be easy for our office team to use Experience with Airtable, Zapier or Make, RingCentral, Gmail, APIs, and workflow automation is preferred.
