Airtable Builder

About the role We have an Airtable base that's partially built — the structure is there, but the interfaces, dashboards, and reporting views need a skilled hand to bring them to a fully working, polished state. We're looking for an experienced Airtable builder who can audit what we have, identify gaps, and deliver clean, functional outputs our team can actually use day-to-day. What you'll do Review and audit our existing Airtable base — tables, fields, automations, and views Clean up and optimize our data structure where needed Build or refine custom interfaces for different user roles (e.g., team members, managers) Set up or improve dashboards with summary blocks, charts, and key metrics Create clear, accurate reporting views and filtered gallery/grid/calendar views Fix broken or incomplete automations and triggers Ensure everything is intuitive and ready for non-technical users You're a great fit if you Have hands-on experience building production-ready Airtable bases (not just templates) Know Airtable Interfaces deeply — layouts, record pages, form views, conditional visibility Understand relational data — linked records, lookups, rollups, formula fields Can build automations using native Airtable triggers + scripts if needed Communicate clearly and ask the right questions before diving in Can show examples of past Airtable work (screenshots or Loom walkthroughs welcome) Nice to have Experience integrating Airtable with tools like Zapier, Make, or Slack Familiarity with Airtable scripting (JavaScript) for advanced automations Experience building for small teams or ops/project management use cases How to apply Please include in your proposal: (1) a brief note on your Airtable experience, (2) at least one example of a similar project you've completed, and (3) your estimated timeline and hourly rate or fixed project cost.
