Airtable Expert for Small Business Operations System — Immediate Start We are a small, established business seeking an experienced Airtable consultant to build and streamline our operations system. Our Airtable and Google Workspace accounts are already established. Our current operational data is maintained primarily in Excel and Google Sheets and is ready to be organized and imported. The owner has a clear vision of the required workflows and will work directly with the consultant throughout the build. The underlying business processes are straightforward; we need an expert who can structure and connect them correctly. Phase One People/Contacts → Assignments & Scheduling → Onboarding Requirements & Deadlines → Compensation Calculations → Operational & Financial Reporting The work will include Airtable architecture, linked tables, formulas, data migration, Google Workspace integration, and the workflows and reporting needed to manage the process efficiently. We are ready to begin immediately and anticipate approximately 40–50 hours over 7–12 days, with some flexibility for the right candidate. Future Phases: - Phase Two will connect the operational system to our financial and bookkeeping. - There will also be opportunities for additional integrations automautions once the core system is established We are looking for someone who can both design the architecture and build it hands-on.
