# Airtable Operations & Data Systems Specialist We’re looking for an experienced **Airtable Operations & Data Systems Specialist** to audit and improve an existing Airtable system that is currently being used to manage day-to-day business operations. The system is functional, but we don’t currently have the level of **visibility, reporting, data integrity, or accountability** we need to confidently make business decisions. This is **not simply an Airtable cleanup project**. We’re looking for someone who can understand how the business operates, determine what information leadership needs to see, and build an Airtable system that makes that information easy to access and trust. ### What we need help with * Audit our existing Airtable structure, tables, fields, views, interfaces, and automations * Identify unnecessary complexity, duplicate data, missing relationships, and gaps in our current setup * Understand the business decisions we need to make and determine what data should support those decisions * Improve or redesign the underlying database architecture where necessary * Create clear management dashboards and Airtable Interfaces * Build reporting around key operational and financial metrics * Improve visibility into leads, customers, projects/bookings, revenue, payments, and operational activity * Create systems for identifying missing, incomplete, stale, or duplicate data * Establish clear data ownership and processes for team members responsible for maintaining the system * Build QA mechanisms so leadership can quickly determine whether the database is being properly maintained * Automate repetitive processes where appropriate * Document the finished system and workflows so they can be maintained internally ### What we're trying to achieve We want to be able to open Airtable and quickly understand: * What is happening in the business right now * What is performing well and what isn't * Where revenue and opportunities are coming from * What requires follow-up or attention * Whether important information is missing * Whether the team is maintaining the database correctly * Whether the underlying data is reliable enough to make decisions from Ideally, the system should also surface **data-health issues automatically** rather than requiring leadership to manually audit records. ### Who we're looking for You should have strong experience with: * Airtable database architecture * Airtable Interfaces and dashboards * Relational database design * Operational workflow design * Data integrity and QA * Reporting and business metrics * Airtable automations * Zapier, Make, or similar automation tools * Translating business requirements into usable systems We're especially interested in someone who thinks like an **operations/data architect**, not simply an Airtable builder. ### When applying Please include: 1.
