It must be engineered using a high-frequency HTTP REST polling/pull mechanism to fetch live quotes and place orders on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).I trade through two brokers: ICICI Direct (Breeze API) and Axis Direct (RAPID API).Scope of Work & Deliverables1. Environment Setup (Computer)Install the latest stable version of Python and a code editor (VS Code or PyCharm preferred) on my local machine.Install and configure all required broker SDKs and libraries (including breeze-connect and requests).Handle broker authentication flows (session token generation, API key management).Ensure the ICICI Breeze system is properly configured to route requests using a Static IP as mandated by the broker.2. Core Script Implementation (The "No-Websocket" System)Implement a secure, multi-threaded HTTP REST polling loop that queries live market data (GET requests) at a rate-limited interval (e.g., every 200ms) without triggering broker IP blocks (handling HTTP 429 errors).Add a local latency monitor inside the script to measure packet round-trip time and issue console alerts if data feeds freeze or lag.Implement secure order placement modules (POST requests) for both Axis RAPID and ICICI Breeze. Note: For ICICI, order placement must account for their aggressive limit order policy instead of market orders.3. Mobile Integration & MonitoringConfigure a lightweight monitoring system so I can check feed status, stop/start scripts, and receive alerts from my mobile phone.Preferred approach: A secure cloud setup (e.g., AWS Mumbai tier) integrated with a private Telegram Bot dashboard or a basic web interface. This avoids running heavy scripts locally on the phone.4. Handoff & SecurityThe setup must be done securely via remote screen sharing (AnyDesk/Zoom). I will input my own master passwords/PINs.Provide a brief walk-through showing me how to launch, pause, and verify the connection.Required Developer SkillsStrong proficiency in Python 3.x (threading, requests library, time loops).Direct experience working with Indian stock broker APIs, specifically ICICI Direct Breeze API and/or Axis Direct RAPID API.Deep understanding of NSE market structures, API rate limits, and order types.Experience setting up secure remote environments and lightweight mobile alert triggers (like Telegram API).
