We are seeking a professional to assist with a dispute involving Alibaba and a supplier who refuses to pay for damages. The supplier shipped DDP to customers in Canada, but Alibaba is requesting official damage certificates from UPS. However, we are not the shipper on record. The ideal candidate will have experience in international trade disputes and be able to navigate complex documentation processes.
