Amazon Catalogue Specialist | Weekend Coverage + Weekday Support | Multi-Client Agency

We're hiring a freelance Amazon Catalogue Specialist to join our delivery team and support our existing catalogue lead. The primary focus is weekend coverage with weekday overflow support across our full client portfolio. This is a hands-on Seller Central execution role with two layers: (1) catalogue work across listings, cases, and pricing, (2) clean reporting and logbook discipline. You won't be building automations, but you should understand how AI tools and agents work well enough to advise where they'd help. SellerSoar is a performance-driven Amazon agency partner managing 7 to 8-figure brands across UK, US, EU, and emerging markets. We don't ship sloppy work. Attention to detail is non-negotiable. Time Commitment * Weekend coverage required: Saturday and Sunday, 4 to 6 hours per day * Weekday support: 1 to 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday, same daily block * 10 to 15 hours per week total * Tell us in your application your weekend hours (UK time) and your weekday block Key Areas of Responsibility * Manage listing updates across the client portfolio (copy, bullets, backend keywords, attributes, compliance fields, variation themes) * Manage new listing requests from creation through go-live, including variation families, parent-child relationships, and marketplace expansion (UK, US, DE, FR, IT, ES, NL) * Manage case logs and Amazon support cases from open to resolution, including category restrictions, delivery time appeals, listing suppression, brand registry issues, and ASIN reinstatement * Handle Sellerboard-related concerns, including stock alerts, profitability alerts, COGS updates, and inventory health flags * Apply price updates accurately across marketplaces, including RRP, tax-inclusive list pricing, and promotional pricing * Deploy listing image updates from creative briefs into Seller Central (main images, lifestyle, infographics, A+ modules) * Update listing copies for typos, claims accuracy, SEO refinement, and bullet alignment across variation children * Maintain the daily catalogue logbook with every task, action, and outcome logged cleanly and on time * Take direct task requests on WhatsApp from the founder, senior strategist, and project manager, and execute with same-day turnaround * Deliver clean reporting on what was done, what's pending, what's blocked, and what the outcome was. We will hold a high bar here. * Provide light AI advisory input when asked: flag where an AI tool or workflow could speed up a catalogue task. You won't build it, but you should understand enough to point at the opportunity. What This Role Is Not * Not a PPC or strategy role * Not an automation or AI build role * Not for agencies. Freelancers only. * Not a role for someone who waits to be told what to do, we want a proactive operator Required Qualifications * 4+ years of hands-on Amazon catalogue and Seller Central execution experience * Confident across UK, US, and at least 2 EU marketplaces (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL) * Strong attention to detail. Wrong variation themes, wrong pricing, wrong category, or wrong marketplace will not work in this role. * Hands-on experience managing Amazon support cases end-to-end * Comfortable with flat files, partial updates, and bulk listing edits * Experience with Sellerboard or equivalent inventory tools * Working understanding of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) and how AI agents work conceptually, enough to advise where they'd help, even if you don't build them * Strong written reporting skills in clear English * Available weekends consistently * WhatsApp and ClickUp as primary working tools * Freelancer, not an agency Bonus * Experience supporting an existing catalogue lead inside an Amazon agency * Multilingual (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) for EU listing review * Familiarity with supplements, beauty, home goods, shapewear, kitchen, or pet categories * Experience appealing category restrictions and delivery time issues Not a Fit If * You're an agency or plan to subcontract * You can't commit to consistent weekend coverage * You have a track record of "small mistakes" in catalogue work * You've only worked one marketplace * You don't keep clean records or forget to log work * You need detailed hand-holding on every task Applications from agencies or applications without specific examples will not be reviewed.
