Amazon IP Complaint Filing Assistant Needed – UK/EU Marketplaces

We are looking for reliable freelancers to help file Amazon intellectual property infringement complaints on an ongoing basis. This is a simple remote task. We will prepare all complaint text, evidence, documents and step-by-step instructions. Your role is to log into your own Amazon account, copy the information into Amazon’s complaint form, submit the complaint, and forward the confirmation email/results to us. However, it would be helpful if you have some knowledge of intellectual property and Amazon complaints, including the basic difference between trademarks, designs, copyright and patents. Important requirements You must have your own Amazon account and be willing to submit complaints through that account. We will not provide access to our Amazon account. You must be careful, reliable and responsive. You should be comfortable following detailed instructions and completing online forms accurately. Prior experience filing Amazon IP complaints is preferred, but not essential if you understand the process and are willing to learn. For each complaint, we will provide the information needed for each box in the Amazon form. In most cases, the task should simply involve logging in, copying the prepared information into the correct fields, submitting the complaint, and sending us the confirmation email. Fee USD 5 per submitted complaint. To apply, please include: Confirmation that you have your own Amazon account; Which Amazon marketplaces you can access, for example UK, Germany, France, Italy or Spain; Whether you have filed Amazon IP complaints before; Any relevant IP, trademark, design, copyright, patent, Amazon seller, brand protection or paralegal experience; Your country of residence; and Confirmation that USD 5 per complaint is acceptable.
