Amazon FBA Coach | Client Success & Operations Manager — Amazon Private Label
Worldwide
About the Role We're a California-based agency that builds and manages Amazon private label brands on behalf of our clients. We're looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to take ownership of daily client communication and fulfillment oversight across our active client portfolio (~40 accounts and growing). This is not a fulfillment or product research role — you won't be sourcing products or managing inventory yourself. Instead, you'll be the primary point of contact for our clients and the person keeping our internal fulfillment team accountable to timelines. What You'll Do - Manage daily communication with clients across dedicated Slack channels — answering questions, providing updates, and keeping clients informed on where their business stands - Run Zoom calls with clients as needed, including check-ins, troubleshooting sessions, and conversations with clients who are frustrated or upset - De-escalate client concerns professionally and know when to loop in leadership - Track each client's project against internal timelines and proactively follow up with our fulfillment team when things are at risk of slipping - Serve as the communication bridge between clients and our internal operations team — translating internal progress into clear, client-friendly updates - Flag account or contractual issues to leadership rather than handling them independently - Maintain accurate notes and status tracking across all active client accounts What We're Looking For Required: Hands-on experience with Amazon private label and FBA — you understand the private label lifecycle (product launch, listing optimization, PPC basics, inventory/reorder cycles, account health) well enough to speak credibly with clients and hold our fulfillment team accountable to timelines 2+ years of client success, account management, or customer success experience, ideally within an Amazon agency, private label brand, or FBA-focused business Comfortable and composed on video calls, including with frustrated clients Excellent written communication — clear, warm, and professional in Slack Strong organizational skills; able to track and prioritize across 30-40 concurrent client accounts A dependable, proactive communicator who follows up without being asked twice US-based, available during standard US business hours Candidates without direct Amazon private label / FBA experience will not be considered — this role requires enough working knowledge to catch when something in the fulfillment process is off track, not just relay updates. What Success Looks Like Within 60 days, you're the primary contact for our clients — fielding day-to-day questions, running calls when needed, and giving our leadership team visibility into which accounts need attention before problems escalate.
