Amazon FBA Wholesale VA – Brand Sourcing & Distributor Outreach (US Market) We are looking for an experienced Amazon US FBA Wholesale Virtual Assistant for an ongoing part-time hourly position. We are building a long-term Amazon US wholesale operation and are looking for someone with genuine hands-on experience who can take responsibility for product research, brand sourcing, distributor outreach, and wholesale research. Key Responsibilities Wholesale Product & Brand Sourcing * Research profitable wholesale products and brands for Amazon US. * Use Keepa to analyze product history, pricing, sales trends, and competition. * Check BSR, Buy Box history, seller count, Amazon presence, competition, and price history. * Calculate estimated Amazon fees, profit, and ROI. * Focus on products with 10%+ potential net ROI and reasonable MOQ. * Identify products and brands suitable for long-term wholesale sourcing. Brand & Distributor Outreach * Find legitimate US-based brands, manufacturers, and authorized distributors. * Research suppliers that work with Amazon sellers. * Contact brands and distributors using the business email provided for the role. * Submit wholesale/reseller applications. * Follow up with brands and distributors. * Maintain organized records of supplier communication, applications, and account status. Wholesale Catalog Research * Analyze distributor catalogs and price lists. * Identify products with potential Amazon profitability. * Compare wholesale costs with Amazon pricing and competition. * Prepare clear product opportunity reports. * Highlight promising products for further review. Amazon Wholesale Operations * Monitor Buy Box and seller competition. * Assist with profitability calculations and purchasing decisions. * Assist with FBA shipment creation. * Assist with inventory and replenishment planning. * Track product and supplier information in organized records. Weekly Reporting Provide a clear weekly report covering: * Brands and distributors contacted * Applications submitted * Supplier responses and follow-ups * Wholesale accounts or approvals received * Products researched * Potential profitable opportunities identified * Work completed * Next steps Requirements * 6–12 months or more of hands-on Amazon US FBA Wholesale experience * Practical experience with US brand and distributor sourcing * Experience with brand/distributor outreach and wholesale account applications * Keepa experience is mandatory * Helium 10, SellerAmp, Scan Unlimited, or similar tools are a plus * Good understanding of BSR, Buy Box, Amazon fees, ROI, competition, and wholesale pricing * Good written English communication * Honest, proactive, organized, and detail-oriented * Able to provide clear weekly reports * Interested in an ongoing long-term working relationship Compensation & Hours Hourly Rate: $3/hour Expected workload: 15–20 hours per week This is an ongoing part-time hourly position. The weekly hour limit will be set through the Upwork hourly contract. Actual payment will be based on hours worked under the hourly contract.
