Amazon KDP expert for publishing approx 10 books

We are a publishing house with approximately 10 books that are already 90% completed. We are looking for an experienced Amazon KDP publishing specialist who can take these books through the final 10% and get them professionally published and ready for sale. This is not a research or writing position. The manuscripts and concepts already exist. We need someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in actually bringing books across the finish line. Scope of Work For each book, you will be responsible for: Finalizing the book for publication Reviewing and preparing the manuscript/files for Amazon KDP Finalizing covers and ensuring they meet Amazon/KDP specifications Uploading and publishing the books on Amazon KDP Creating and optimizing Amazon book listings Preparing titles, subtitles, descriptions, keywords and categories Creating and uploading A+ Content Ensuring correct formatting for Kindle and/or paperback/hardcover where applicable Checking previews, layouts, margins, cover dimensions, etc. Managing final corrections before publication Making sure every book is fully live, professional and commercially ready What We Are Looking For We specifically want someone who has hands-on experience publishing books on Amazon KDP, not someone who only knows publishing in theory. You should be comfortable independently taking a book that is 90% finished and managing everything required to get it to 100% published and sales-ready. Experience with Amazon KDP, A+ Content, book listings, cover requirements, formatting and publishing workflows is essential. We currently have approximately 10 books ready to be finalized, so this can become a larger ongoing project if the collaboration works well.
