Amazon Launch & Brand Protection Specialist

We are an established DTC cosmetics brand looking for an experienced Amazon specialist or agency to help us launch and establish our brand on Amazon. We have never officially sold on Amazon before. However, several third-party sellers are currently using our brand name, ranking for our branded search terms, and selling products that imitate/counterfeit our original product. Some of these listings are generating significant sales volume, so our priority is to: 1. Officially establish our brand on Amazon. 2. Protect our brand name and intellectual property. 3. Identify and remove counterfeit / infringing listings. 4. Build a strong, optimized Amazon presence that we can scale long term. What We Need Help With We are looking for someone who can manage or guide us through the entire process, including: - Setting up our Amazon Seller Central account correctly. - Amazon Brand Registry setup and management. - Trademark / brand protection strategy as it relates to Amazon. - Identifying sellers and listings infringing on our brand. - Filing infringement and counterfeit complaints through Amazon. - Using Amazon Brand Registry, Report a Violation, Transparency, Project Zero, or other relevant Amazon brand-protection tools where applicable. - Helping remove counterfeit products and unauthorized use of our brand name. - Recovering / controlling branded search results on Amazon. - Creating our official product listings. - Keyword research and Amazon SEO. - Listing copywriting and optimization. - Launch strategy for a brand entering Amazon for the first time. - Amazon PPC strategy and initial campaign setup. Current Situation Our brand is already established outside of Amazon and generates significant DTC sales. We discovered that third-party sellers have been taking advantage of our absence from Amazon by using our brand name and selling imitation products. The sellers currently ranking around our branded keywords appear to be generating 500+ sales per month, which makes this both a brand-protection issue and a significant opportunity for us to establish our official Amazon presence. We want to work with someone who understands that this is not simply a listing optimization project. The first priority is: Brand ownership → Brand Registry → Counterfeit removal → Official Amazon launch → Growth. Ideal Candidate You should have strong experience with: - Amazon Seller Central - Amazon Brand Registry - Amazon intellectual property enforcement - Counterfeit listing removal - Trademark infringement cases - Amazon listing creation and optimization - Amazon SEO - Amazon PPC - Launching established DTC brands onto Amazon Experience working with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, or similar categories is highly preferred.
