Amazon Manager — New Supplement Brand Launch

We’re a new health & wellness beverage brand (electrolyte/hydration supplement) launching on Amazon US within the next 30 days. Inventory is produced and arriving shortly; multiple SKUs. We need an experienced Amazon operator to own our Seller Central account end-to-end and get us launched cleanly. The immediate problem: we’re a new account and were rejected from a restricted category. We need someone who has successfully gotten dietary supplements / ingestible products approved and ungated on Amazon and knows exactly what documentation and steps that takes. Scope of work: • Get the account properly set up and resolve our category approval/ungating (dietary supplement) • Brand Registry setup and guidance • Build fully optimized listings: keyword research (Helium 10 or equivalent), titles, bullets, backend search terms, A+ content, and Brand Store • Set up and manage PPC from launch (Sponsored Products/Brands), with a plan to scale spend as we validate demand • Set up Subscribe & Save and enroll us in Vine for early reviews • Ongoing account management, monitoring, and optimization You should have: • A track record launching and managing NEW Amazon brand accounts — not just optimizing established ones • Direct experience with dietary supplement / ingestible category approval and compliance • Strong PPC management experience with proof of results • Fluency with Helium 10 / Jungle Scout or equivalent • Clear, proactive written communication — we work async and expect regular updates
