Amazon Manager for Viral Shark Tank Game
Worldwide
We sell a game called Pepper Pong. Website: https://pepperpong.com/ It's like ping pong that can be played on any surface, but with foam balls and foam paddles. The foam slows the ball down, so anyone can play. A kid can beat an adult. Your grandmother can beat you. We went on Shark Tank and got a deal. Where we are on Amazon On our own store we sell the full set plus a stack of add-ons. Extra balls in three speeds. Spare paddles. A replacement net. Carry bags. On Amazon we sell one thing. The full set. One listing. That one listing does over six figures a month, with no optimization and basic ads. Nobody runs the channel. Nobody watches keywords, reviews, the buy box or stock. Ads spend money and nobody checks what that money buys. It works untouched, and nobody has ever actually tried. What we want you to do Get our other SKUs onto Amazon. Balls, paddles, nets, bags, bundles. Every one of those is a listing we don't have, a keyword we don't rank for, and something to sell people who already own the set. We also have new products coming and we'll want them launched properly. Fix the pages. Better images, better A plus content, a Brand Store that looks like a real brand. Our Shark Tank deal is with Todd Graves, who founded Raising Cane's, and almost none of that shows up on our pages. Run the ads properly. Sponsored Products, Brands and Display. If it works, the budget grows. Make the graphics. Listing images, infographics, A plus modules. This product looks great in a photo and ours don't do it justice. You'd design these or direct someone who does. What we'd measure We want someone who thinks about these every day: - Amazon revenue, and which listings drive it - Ad spend against sales, and whether it's buying us rank - Where we rank on the terms that matter - Reviews and rating - How many SKUs are live, and what each one adds - Stock going into Q4 Who this suits You've run a real Amazon account and can say what you changed and what happened. You know Seller Central properly. You've launched a SKU from nothing and got it ranking. You've fixed a suppressed listing. You've built out a catalogue, not just managed one listing. You can design, or direct design, and you have taste. You do the work yourself. There's no agency behind you here. You'd rather own something than be handed a brief. We're an extremely lean team and we stay that way on purpose. We've built AI systems for nearly everything we do, and they're actually running the business. We'll teach you and give you the tools. In return we expect you to use them. If you're skeptical about AI, this will be a bad fit. Core 5 Autonomy - You own your area outright. Nobody hands you a brief, counts your hours, or asks you to justify a call that's yours to make. You'll have the tools and the room to move without waiting on anyone. If you need permission to do your job, we hired wrong. Intensity - We communicate constantly and we don't do formal meetings. We move fast and we break things. There are no politics here, because the team is too small and too transparent for them to survive. The motto: if you see it, you say it, and you own it. If you own it, you do it. Growth - We'll back your growth in four ways: your mindset, your network, the case studies you walk away with, and the confidence that comes from growing a business yourself. The people you'd work with have scaled companies past hundreds of millions of dollars. This one is nearly an eight-figure business, and the goal is nine figures within three years. We want someone who wants to be on that ride. Environment - We hire carefully and we won't bring in someone who makes the team worse, so you'll be surrounded by people who are the best at their jobs. You can work where you want, on your own schedule, with a team that trusts you to get on with it. You'll be working on a game people actually love, which is rarer than it sounds and makes every part of this job easier. Money - We pay well and we're straight about it. If you make the business more money, you make more money. This role is $2,000 per month, part-time, ongoing. Not a one-off project. How to apply Don't write a cover letter. We won't read it. Send us a Loom video, 5 minutes or less, answering one question: We sell one product on Amazon and a dozen on our own site. What would you do first? Pull up our Amazon listing and our store before you record. Tell us what you'd change, what you'd launch, and what you'd expect it to do. Everyone who sends a Loom gets a reply.
