Amazon PPC Specialist

Job Summary: We're looking for an experienced Amazon PPC Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across our product catalog. You'll own day-to-day campaign performance, keyword strategy, and reporting, with the goal of driving profitable, scalable growth. Experience with customized or personalized product listings is a plus, but not required — what matters most is a strong, data-driven track record managing Amazon Ads. What You'll Do Build, manage, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities Structure and segment campaigns (manual, automatic, exact/broad/phrase) for efficient spend Manage bids, budgets, and placements to hit target ACoS/TACoS and profitability goals Audit existing campaigns and provide a clear improvement roadmap Monitor performance daily/weekly and deliver regular reporting with actionable insights Run A/B tests on targeting, bids, and creative Collaborate with our team on listing copy and A+ content to ensure ad and listing alignment What We're Looking For 3+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience Strong command of Seller Central, Amazon Advertising Console, bulk operations, and third-party tools (Helium 10, DataDive, Scale Insights, or similar) Demonstrated ability to lower ACoS/TACoS while growing revenue Comfortable analyzing data and translating it into clear, actionable strategy Strong written communication — we want to understand what you're doing and why Ability to work independently and meet deadlines without hand-holding Nice to Have Experience with Amazon's Product Customizer / Custom Listing platform Background in office, gift, or personalized goods categories Familiarity with multi-platform e-commerce operations Engagement & Rate This is an hourly contract. We're looking for someone available on an ongoing basis as our catalog and campaigns grow. Please include your hourly rate in your proposal.
