About Us: We are a wholesale distribution company (Netherlands-based). We're opening a new Amazon seller account/storefront and need it launched correctly and cleanly. If this goes well, there's an upcoming role after this one: sourcing winning/exclusive products, with high bonuses tied to landing real exclusivity or private-label deals. This setup role is the first step, not a one-off. Marketplace Rollout: We want the Netherlands (Amazon.nl) store live and clean first. Once that's stable, we'll expand the same setup to the wider EU and UK marketplaces — so this task is for a multi-marketplace rollout, not a single-store task. Scope of Work (fixed-fee, ~2 weeks): - Seller Central account fully configured, verified, in good standing (Netherlands marketplace first) - Storefront live and branded - First two products (details provided) listed correctly: optimized title/bullets/images, correct category, compliant with Amazon policies - FBA shipment plan created and executed for both products — inventory received into FBA and live for sale - Account health metrics clean (no policy flags, no listing suppressions) Deliverable checkpoint: store is live, both products are buyable, no account health issues. Payment released on this checkpoint. Pay: Fixed fee: €200, paid on delivery of the checkpoint above — not hourly, not tied to any sourcing outcomes. Required Experience: - Has personally set up at least one Amazon Seller Central account from scratch before, including FBA shipment plans and (if applicable) Brand Registry — describe a specific past example in your application - Comfortable with: listing creation/flat files, FBA shipment creation, account health dashboard - Can work independently off a checklist with minimal back-and-forth Communication: - Daily availability via Slack/WhatsApp during the 2-week setup window for quick check-ins - Short written update at each milestone (account verified, listing live, FBA inventory received)
