Amazon Wholesale Brand Outreach Specialist / Sourcing VA – Brand Direct & Authorized Distributors We are launching a new Amazon Wholesale business and we’re looking for an advanced, experienced and results-driven Amazon Wholesale VA to build long-term wholesale relationships with US brands and authorized distributors and find profitable products for Amazon FBA/FBM. Existing brand relationships and/or authorized distributors contacts are a strong advantage! Main Focus: Direct Brand & Official Authorized Distributors No OA, RA, liquidation, random wholesalers or unclear supply chains. Responsibilities: Brand Direct - Find brands and products with Amazon potential (targeted ROI) - Contact brands and open wholesale accounts - Complete wholesale and tax-exempt applications - Submit our company documents - Confirm Amazon resale policy and approvals. LOA - Obtain catalogs, price lists, MOQ and MAP information - Follow up & Maintain communication with approved brands Authorized Distributors - Find official authorized distributors and winning products - Verify their relationship with the brand - Open wholesale and tax-exempt accounts - Confirm Amazon resale policy - Obtain catalogs and pricing - Confirm commercial invoices are provided Product Analysis - Keepa - SellerAmp and/or SmartScout - Sales estimates - Buy Box and price history - Seller competition - Amazon presence - Profit and ROI - Restrictions and potential risks - Buying Recommendations Required Experience: Demonstrable experience with - Amazon Wholesale - Brand Direct sourcing - Wholesale account opening - Authorized distributor research - Catalog analysis - MAP, brand restrictions, Amazon compliance, resale authorizations - Seller count history, Stock levels - Buy Box consistency, sales velocity, sales rank - Keepa, SellerAmp / SmartScout analysis - Google Sheets - Brand outreach by email and phone - Good written and spoken English is required - Professional email communication skills Schedule & Compensation: 15 - 20 hours/week with increasing & long-term opportunity Base pay: $3/hour Performance Bonus: $250–$400 for each successfully approved and verified wholesale account that results in at least one winning product we approve for purchase. (Detailed qualification and bonus criteria will be provided to selected candidates who successfully pass the initial recruitment stage) We are open to discussing hourly rate, schedule, workload, performance-based compensation, or another structure depending on your experience and results.
