Ambassador Acquisition & Partnerships Operator

Total Life Fitness is an established online fitness coaching company that primarily works with women 40+. We currently have approximately 15 active ambassadors who promote our program to their audiences in exchange for complimentary coaching. We're looking for someone with deep experience in influencer/ambassador acquisition who can take ownership of this channel and help us scale it. This is NOT a general VA or social media posting position. We're looking for someone who can own the entire process: * Find highly qualified potential ambassadors * Research and vet them based on our specific criteria * Contact them * Follow up consistently * Get qualified people interested in the opportunity * Help onboard new ambassadors * Manage relationships with existing ambassadors * Make sure ambassadors consistently post * Track activity and results * Continually improve the process ## Who We're Looking For You should have significant experience with influencer marketing, ambassador programs, affiliate partnerships, creator outreach or a very similar role. You should be extremely comfortable researching and finding people online rather than simply working from lists we provide. You should also be comfortable with high-volume personalized outreach and follow-up. Our ideal ambassadors are very specific. They are typically: * Women 40+ * 5,000+ Facebook followers * At least 2-3 of their last 10 posts have 100+ likes * Currently posting at least twice per week * Have consistently posted for several months * Have posted within the last 7 days * Have a trusted relationship with their audience * Ideally have a local or regional following in Wisconsin or the Midwest Examples include local musicians, radio personalities, former news personalities, independent journalists, community personalities, leaders of women's groups and other women with strong local followings. We have already researched and contacted hundreds of potential ambassadors, so we're looking for someone who can go much deeper than simply finding obvious influencers. ## The Opportunity We want to start with a paid 14-30 day trial. If you can demonstrate that you can consistently identify great candidates and bring qualified new ambassadors into the program, we're interested in having you continue owning and scaling this channel. We already have approximately 15 active ambassadors. Our goal is to significantly grow that number while maintaining the quality of the people we bring in. We're not looking for someone who needs us to create the strategy for them. We're looking for someone who can understand our existing successful model, execute it extremely well, and ultimately own the entire process. When applying, please tell us: 1.
