Amphitheatre Concept Design & Photorealistic Renders

I'm looking for a landscape designer / 3D visualisation specialist to assist with the concept design of an outdoor school amphitheatre. I have already developed the general concept and approximate dimensions. I now need someone to create a professional concept package that can be presented to the client as part of a quotation. Scope of Work Using the information and reference material I provide, I require the development of three concept options for the same location. Option 1 Amphitheatre with three equal seating tiers. Integrated landscape and hardscape design that blends with the existing surroundings. Option 2 Amphitheatre with two equal seating tiers. A larger upper platform designed as a flexible outdoor learning space that can accommodate picnic tables and outdoor furniture. Integrated landscape and hardscape design. Option 3 The same design as Option 2. Incorporate a shade canopy that provides coverage over the entire amphitheatre and upper learning space. Landscape and hardscape design showing how the structure integrates with the surrounding environment. Deliverables For each option, I require: Photorealistic 3D renders accurately placed into the existing site using site photographs. A colour landscape/hardscape concept plan showing how the design integrates with the existing environment. A dimensioned site plan. A side section/elevation illustrating seating tiers and key heights. Basic material selections (e.g. concrete, turf, timber seating, planting, edging, retaining walls, pathways, etc.) to create a modern, functional school outdoor learning space. Information I Will Provide Site photographs from multiple angles. Existing site dimensions. My concept sketch and preliminary layout. Approximate levels and heights. Reference images showing the desired style and finishes. Final Deliverables 3–5 high-quality photorealistic renders for each option. Colour concept plans. Dimensioned drawings. PDF presentation package suitable for presenting to the client. Source files (preferred formats include SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, Twinmotion or similar). Requirements Experience with landscape architecture, outdoor learning environments, schools or public realm projects. Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic exterior renders and landscape design. Ability to accurately model the existing site from photographs and supplied dimensions. Excellent communication and willingness to complete one or two rounds of revisions. Preference will be given to freelancers with experience designing school outdoor environments and producing high-quality presentation renders.
