Android Beta Test Coordinator Needed — Manage 12 Testers Over 14 Days

I need one person to organize and run a 14-day Android testing cycle for my app, using 12 testers you recruit and manage. What you'll do: Recruit 12 Android testers (your own network or sourced independently) Distribute the APK and testing instructions I provide Make sure all 12 testers actually use the app throughout the 14 days Collect bug reports and feedback from each tester (clear repro steps, screenshots/recordings) Consolidate everything into one organized report for me — bugs, issues, UX feedback Handle day-to-day coordination/check-ins with the testers yourself Requirements: Experience managing testers/QA cycles or similar coordination work Access to 12 real Android devices/testers (different models/OS versions preferred) Strong organizational skills — I want ONE clean final report, not 12 raw threads Reliable daily communication with me on progress Deliverable: One consolidated bug/feedback report at the end of 14 days, covering all 12 testers' findings This is a fixed-budget project for the full job — you're responsible for sourcing and managing your own testers within that budget.
