file 2 Micro Payment and Throttling Limits Minimum Deposit limit must be hard coded at exactly 50 rupees Minimum Withdrawal limit must be hard coded at exactly 50 rupees Minimum Bet size must be configured at exactly 1 rupee per bet 3 Strict 24 Hour Frequency Lock To maintain automated system health the app backend must enforce a strict dynamic lock Any single user ID can perform a maximum of that seamlessly connects to our private server streaming directly from OBS Studio Countdown and Heartbeat Audio The screen must show a live synchronized countdown clock Background music must trigger a subtle suspenseful heartbeat audio effect that dynamically accelerates as the betting lock window approaches 5 Real Time Relative Color Load Graph Visual Distribution Bars The app interface must feature a highly engaging colorful dynamic data graph Green for low volume Yellow for mid volume Red for peak volume across single numbers 0 to 9 and relevant combinations ABSOLUTE PROTECTION OF ADMIN WALLET The graph algorithm must ONLY display relative percentage multipliers capped at a maximum visual scale of 90 percent Under no circumstances should the absolute backend currency amounts or the the core database on my Hostinger Premium Web Server using Delegate Shared worker access Deliver a basic compilable rebranded working Android apk file MILESTONE 2 60 dollars approx 5000 INR Gateway and Streaming Automation Deliverable Successful integration of the PayWin P2P payment gateway API with automated processing fee deductions from user withdrawals full configuration of the low latency RTMP server and live testing of the 2 05 PM automated time window locks MILESTONE 3 70 dollars approx 6000 INR Real time Graph and 100 Percent Source Code Handover Deliverable Successful launch of the hidden relative percentage load graph and completion of all 20 25 custom admin controls CRITICAL PROJECT CLOSURE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY TERMS Before the final payment of Milestone 3 is released from Upwork Escrow the developer must deliver 100 percent complete unencrypted and compilable Android and Web source code in zip format with absolutely ZERO third party software dependencies The admin will perform full on server password rotations for Hosting Database and Web Panel Master credentials to ensure 0 percent future dependency on the developer As per Upwork terms all intellectual property and master rights will legally belong to the client upon final milestone approval FORMAL REVIEW PERIOD The client will have a formal continuous 14 day testing period upon final submission to test micro bets withdrawals and streaming stability before approving the final contract closure
