Animate Architectural Renders from PDFs/JPEGs

Hi, I'm looking for an experienced motion designer to animate a series of architectural and planning renders for a documentary. Project Requirements Animate still renders and diagrams into smooth, cinematic sequences. Source material will consist of PDFs and high-resolution JPEGs only. The original layered files (PSD, AI, CAD, etc.) are not available. Please confirm that you're comfortable creating polished animations using only flat assets and can recreate depth, camera movement, masking, and subtle parallax where appropriate. The project cannot be shared publicly or added to portfolios without written approval. Confirmation that you can produce high-quality animations using only PDFs and JPEGs (without original design files). A brief overview of your workflow for bringing flat renders to life.
